There are several options available to include the Baptist Health System in your employee health plan.

• The Initial Group: A Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) co-owned by the Baptist Health System.
• Direct Contracting: Health plans can contract directly with health care providers in a community, rather than through an intermediary. Through the Baptist Physician-Hospital Organization (PHO) companies can contract with several hospitals and a group of more than 200 physicians covering all major specialties.
  
• Health Plan Contracts: A listing of the more than 40 current health plan contracts in which the Baptist Health System is an active participant.
